Coaching & Group Training

Whether you want to complete a Couch-to-5K program or train for a longer race with others, look no further! Here are some of the races we trained (and conquered!) together:

Training runs typically happen on Saturday mornings. You can expect a route to be provided in advance and a fun and supportive bunch keeping you company. You are also welcome to join our training WhatsApp group where our veteran runners share valuable training and race day tips and we all cheer on each other to meet our individual race goals, whatever they may be.

 

To make us better runners, running coaches have dropped by and provided advice before our runs (e.g., best practices in stretching) and heard from dieticians on how to fuel ourselves.
